Known for her expertise in precision haircuts, especially short styles, she brings a wealth of experience and passion to her leadership role. A strong advocate for continuing education, Heidi mentor’s new stylists and upholds the salon’s commitment to excellence. When she’s not at the salon, she enjoys relaxing at her beach house, exploring new destinations, and spending time with her lively pet bird, Larry. Heidi’s dedication to both her craft and her team defines the warm, professional spirit of Pepper’s Salon.
Katelyn
Creative Master Stylist
Katelyn started her journey at Pepper’s at just 17, driven by a lifelong passion for hair. Now with over 12 years of experience, she specializes in lived-in dimensional color and textured, modern cuts that feel effortless and personal. Known for her creative eye and attention to detail, Katelyn loves helping clients feel their best. Outside the salon, she enjoys family time, beach trips, and making memories with her “little fam”—especially at Disneyland.
Amber
Stylist, Social Media Manager
Amber has spent nearly three years in the beauty industry, starting as an apprentice at Pepper’s Salon and growing into a talented stylist. She specializes in blonding and dimensional color, creating effortless, low-maintenance looks that boost client confidence. In addition to her work behind the chair, Amber serves as the salon’s Social Media Manager, combining her creativity with a passion for connecting with clients online. Amber thrives in the supportive, team-oriented environment at Pepper’s, where collaboration is key. Outside of the salon, she enjoys family adventures with her husband and children, from outdoor explorations to trying new foods. Amber is excited to continue growing in both her styling and digital roles.
Nevaeh
Apprentice Stylist
Nevaeh is an apprenticing hairstylist with a passion for creating beautiful, customized looks, particularly through foiling techniques. Dedicated to perfecting her craft, she draws inspiration from the supportive and empowering Pepper's team, which has helped her discover her true potential. Outside of the salon, Nevaeh enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend, and has a deep love for animals. She's also a big fan of music and concerts, always looking for the next live performance to enjoy.
Krystal
Guest Service
Krystal has been a valued member of the Pepper’s Salon family for two years, where she thrives on the meaningful connections she’s made with clients and the warm, family-oriented atmosphere of the salon. Outside of work, Krystal enjoys spending quality time with her boys, whether it’s attending concerts, camping, relaxing by the lake, or cozy nights around the fire. Her love for both her role at the salon and her family makes her an essential part of the Pepper’s team.
Mckenzie

Mckenzie has been passionate about the beauty industry for the past seven years, honing her skills as a hairstylist before transitioning to guest services. After discovering her love for connecting with people, Mckenzie decided to shift gears, focusing on providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Outside of her professional life, Mckenzie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their cats. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the casino for a bit of excitement. One of the things Mckenzie loves most about Peppers is the sense of family that everyone there fosters, making her feel right at home.
