Inspired by a passion for people and high-quality care, she created a space where clients feel their best—inside and out. Though no longer behind the chair, she continues to guide a talented team that upholds the values Pepper's was built on. Outside the salon, Sally enjoys traveling, gardening, and lifelong learning.
Heidi
Creative Master Stylist, Educator
With 28 years in the hair industry, Heidi is a valued member of the Pepper’s Salon team, specializing in precision haircuts, particularly short styles. A strong advocate for continuing education, she mentors new stylists, ensuring the salon maintains its high standards of service. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys the tranquility of her beach house, traveling to new destinations, and spending time with her lively pet bird, Larry. Her passion for both her craft and her personal life makes her an integral part of the Pepper’s Salon family.
Kelsie
Creative Master Stylist, Education Director
With 15 years in the industry, Kelsie began her career at Pepper’s as an apprentice and has come full circle as an educator for the next generation of stylists. She’s passionate about mentoring others while continuing to specialize in textured haircuts, curly cuts, and lived-in color. Outside the salon, Kelsie loves adventuring with her husband, kids, and dogs—whether it’s camping, paddleboarding, or relaxing by the water. A fan of interior design and fresh-baked cookies, she’s all about creating a life filled with warmth, connection, and creativity.
Katelyn

Katelyn started her journey at Pepper’s at just 17, driven by a lifelong passion for hair. Now with over 12 years of experience, she specializes in lived-in dimensional color and textured, modern cuts that feel effortless and personal. Known for her creative eye and attention to detail, Katelyn loves helping clients feel their best. Outside the salon, she enjoys family time, beach trips, and making memories with her “little fam”—especially at Disneyland.

Master Stylist, Human Resource Director
With over 10 years of experience, Taryn specializes in curly cuts and lived-in, low-maintenance color, helping clients embrace their natural beauty with flattering, manageable styles. As HR Director at Pepper’s Salon, she plays a key role in supporting the growth and development of the team, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive. Outside of the salon, Taryn enjoys quality time with her family and the outdoors, always making room for moments of relaxation to stay grounded and balanced.

Stylist, Social Media Manager
Amber has spent nearly three years in the beauty industry, starting as an apprentice at Pepper’s Salon and growing into a talented stylist. She specializes in blonding and dimensional color, creating effortless, low-maintenance looks that boost client confidence. In addition to her work behind the chair, Amber serves as the salon’s Social Media Manager, combining her creativity with a passion for connecting with clients online. Amber thrives in the supportive, team-oriented environment at Pepper’s, where collaboration is key. Outside of the salon, she enjoys family adventures with her husband and children, from outdoor explorations to trying new foods. Felicia, Pepper’s Guest Service Director, brings years of customer service experience and a deep commitment to making every client feel welcomed and valued. Known for her warmth, attention to detail, and love of creating positive connections, she plays a key role in the salon’s friendly, professional atmosphere. Outside of work, Felicia is a devoted mom who cherishes time with her family. A true summer enthusiast, she’s always up for sunshine, adventure, and making joyful memories.

Krystal has been a valued member of the Pepper’s Salon family for two years, where she thrives on the meaningful connections she’s made with clients and the warm, family-oriented atmosphere of the salon. Outside of work, Krystal enjoys spending quality time with her boys, whether it’s attending concerts, camping, relaxing by the lake, or cozy nights around the fire. After discovering her love for connecting with people, Mckenzie decided to shift gears, focusing on providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Outside of her professional life, Mckenzie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their cats. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the casino for a bit of excitement.
